ROSEMARY

Rosemary R You cant close the Bellingen Hospital down that is my home town .

MARY ELLEN W

Mary-Ellen W I spent some of my youth in Bellingen...a very special place. Don't close the hospital!! We are losing too many country health services that provide healthcare to large areas.

An ex-boyfriend of mine who lived & had a business in Woolgoolga had a vasectomy at Bello Hospital because he didn't want to be running into his clients in Coffs hospital!! lol....was quite funny but ironic when his allocated nurse was a member of the singles social club we were both in!!!! Great Memories....SAVE BELLO HOSPITAL...

re ADAM G

you would've waited longer at Coffs
Deanne K-C
Agree with Clare - I use to live in Bello but now in Melbourne and I can guarantee you will wait much longer in a bigger hospital. In regards to them not setting your leg right, I can understand your anger but unfortunately those things happen everywhere:(

Back in 2000 my daughter and a few other people were rushed to Bello Hospital after a car accident in Urunga and I'm happy to say that by the time I got there They had all been sorted and on there way home...in my experiences over the years that is the quickest emergency known to man ..Well Done Bello!...you wonderful!...

even once after the castle party when i chopped off my heel on a rock and they stuck a needle into my bare flesh and stitched me up wasnt plesant but what would i have done if they wernt there i mite have lost my foot ay!

What does the Goverment think they are doing if they keep shuting Hospitals people will have to travel to far to get help and that most sertanly mean loss of life. They need to wake up to them selves and keep this and other hospitals open insted of trying to save money just to spend it on xmass partys and goverment pay rises. We employ them not them us.

More money for health care makes sense, not less. If the financial crisis has the government that tight-pursed, there could be cuts to other things instead... like... say... General Manager's office lifts?

SQUEE L

it a service centre for the valley livers if theres an accdent you already have to meet the ambo halfway to bello

three of my kids were born in the birthing unit, bello is a special place to be born, we also run the backpackers hostel and it's so great to be able to send guests up the hill for help when needed instead of coffs as most have no transport!!! IT SIMPLY CAN'T CLOSE!!!!!

DONOVAN O

Donovan O

We most definately need our Hospital, we have wonderful staff there, who we need to keep, as they really do look after the patients while they are staying at our lovely Hospital.

SHERAN H

Save the convenience for patients, jobs for staff and the fact it will add to our work load at Coffs Base

with population growth & increased tourism it seems crazy to consider closing our regional hospitals. Bellingen Hospital has provided an excellent standard of care for my family & myself over the 30 years I've lived here
We need it now .. we'll need it even more in the future.
